Suzanne knits, because she can't not knit. A sewer from an early age, Suzanne made her own clothes, developed a fashion line and taught home economics. She spent years teaching teenagers to knit & crochet and saw first-hand how transforming these arts can be. Suzanne's famous for saying she can't read a pattern, but what she really means is that she sees a knitting pattern like a sewing pattern – in 2D pieces already cut out. Show her a design in a favorite knitting magazine, and after swatching, she can simply whip it up. She's sworn off buying stash yarn and sale yarn saying, “random skeins just sit in the yarn bin, un-knit. They're pretty to look at, but never enough for the garment I'm hooked on knitting.”
